Could it be any more obvious? Living is part of being alive. And what comes from being alive? What comes being present in life?

We were handed one gift the day we were born. To be a human being. What else is there to be?

• Do we have to think so much about what life is and what it offers?

We are shaped by the society we were born in/into and how we are told to interpret the world. Why?

• How can we trust our eyes that they tell us what it really is like?

We can interpret it in many ways and what they might represent.

Hard boarders. Fluffiness. Colors. Openness. Boundaries. Unknown.

What comes when we learn to understand life at a deeper and also higher level?

Be curious and teachable.

Actively work with an open mindset and this will lead you to awareness of what we have told ourselves all these years - how we are told and forced to act and live.

What ever happened to a so called open mindset and a free spirit?

Open mindset - many claim they have it and yet they are not willing to listen to new revelations and realizations. They get scared.

Free spirit - who defines that? What does it mean?

What will lead us where?

We can lead ourselves. It is worth it. It is part of life.

Be it and see where we you end up. But end up is the wrong approach.

You will continue from there.

So be on your path in life!

When my parents passed away last Summer, seven weeks apart, I was away from my girls a lot. No one knew when I had to fly back to Sweden from Switzerland and for how long I would stay. It was draining. Never knowing.

We knew the days were close when they would leave us after years and months of struggling with dementia and heart disease with no cure. It was devastating.

Every time I got to hug my daughters after I had been in Sweden gave me comfort.
They are 16 and 18 and they need me for new reasons, as life teaches them who they become in new ways.

Dare to jump and be part of life.

Take life by its horn and direct it to where you want to go. Here I am doing a river rafting for the first time and a part of it was jumping from a 6-7 m high cliff. I was the first one to jump and boy was that fun!

After me came my daughter. She has just as much fun!

The trip itself was about 9 km and our guide said that he loved his office - pure nature! I loved it too. Every minute of it.

Just being in nature itself gives a time to connect with each other.
This is from a boat trip we took our second day in Split. Water. Air. Sun. Wind. Warm. Cold. Food. Drinks.
And being with my daughter. That is simply amazing.

• Krka National park - what a beauty.
  Mother Nature is the best.
  She has offered us the best variety life can offer us.
  Pay her a tribute.
  Be present in what she offers us.
  That is simply like pure silk and cotton for our soul.

Strolling with my daughter in this park. Listening to the birds. Hearing the frogs. Seeing the birds. Smiling. Being there. Can it get any better?

Of course - some city touring too. Rubber duck stores in main centre of Split. I can only smile at the variety offered. There is no limits to the fantasy of what we can create with our mind.

So BE PART OF LIFE AND LIVE IT!!

Or one string or ho many strings are there attached to our body parts?

How much are we allowed to create the life we really want to try?

What are we?

What do we allow to steer our ways through life?

Do you sit down and think about this, for real?

Not just like for a second or minute or so.

Because we have been kind of told how to behave. Yes. That we have to understand and be fully aware of. Laws and restrictions are needed - that I do not deny.

But there is a big BUT - what would life be like if we not told in which order to do things in life?

After this comes the next part of life. The learning part. The realization part. The impact. The so called guiding part of life. The what we call good intentions.

Combine our learnings and see where it takes us. School is amazing because it is handed to us to learn and in which order. Such an amazing institute. Preparing us for a life with broad knowledge and understanding.

What happens after that?
Who dictates what to do next once those mandatory school years have passed?

Be active in Your learning. Be The Movement. Make it happen.

Take the energy to learn anything you can. Leave the puppet on a string deal you were handed during life. Drop that and dare the new step in life.

The colors of your mind will shine and be remarkable once you step outside a box in which you were put to fit into society. Dare to be the one leave it. Act outside of it.

Build the path to your new presence in life.

Build the bridge which takes you places.

What we accomplish and how we move forward.

Some cultures do not really allow this approach to life but I cherish it. We have been told to now show of. Not to be too loud. Stay low. Never speak up. Crumble and adjust.

But why? I was born and as a kid I was proud of things the I did, created, build, coloured, accomplished. My parents smiled and were proud. I was seen and felt good about myself. They told me to keep on going.

Top right - Crete - posing and making me look good when we visited Crete some years back. Smile and be proud.

Lower left - Igloo and cheese fondue with my husband. Living things put on my Bucket List. It was a lovely afternoon and evening. The sky was filled with stars and so bright when we left the igloo.

Lower right - Loving life. Just after swimming in Zurich lake I baked muffin for my family. Specific for each of them. Do I care about the way I look here? No - why should I.

Be your own cheerleader and make sure you are behind your actions.

Our first daughter needed oxygen when she was born. It took 30 hours of pain before she was born. Taken away from me right away. NICU her first night. She was so tired. She was alive =)

The second daughter. Only 16 hours before she was born. Not very enthusiastic about screaming right away. Eventually she did.

Breathing is normal. It comes natural.

But what happens when we take it for granted?

Breathing makes us stay alive. It does that for us.

Why do we work against it?

Force the air in and out. Short breaths. Shallow. Stress has taken over. We are being hostage to bad breathing.

Imagine that you have to learn to do this over and over again. Just like you have to learn how to read and write over and over again. It is in us. We want to learn. When we were kids we asked those thousands of questions.

My oldest daughter wanted to know the name of every person we met on the street. I just came with any kind of random words. She was only two. No harm done at all.

After that princesses and castles. The youngest one was all about dinosaurs. She still learns lots and lots about dinosaurs.

So subscribing to life?
Where does that come from?

• It is about learning. Trying. Thinking. Reflecting. Structure our habits.

• We subscribe our habits.

• We are our habits. They shape us and from the outside others could interpret who we are.

Being a fly on the wall, What would you see going on in your own life? Where is the effort? Where is the nutrition being given to your brain and body?

Really truly being in the moment. Hear the words being said. The words not being shared. The words some people are too scared to share. Too afraid. Too ashamed. There is a story behind the words not being spoken.

When we learn to ask better questions, dig a little deeper. But digging too much and too fast can do more harm than being helpful. It is in the intention. In the presence. Being as human being and not thinking we have all the answers.

They say that if you want to just talk about a problem talk to women. If you want a solution, talk to a man.

But I must, yes, I must ask- why do we have to find a solution?

Have a plan. A strategy. Have something to work on. A structure. Why?

Life itself teaches us.

If and when we are in the moment we will reflect. We will notice what life will bring out of us and what we were not aware of. We have to accept this knowledge, awareness, insights that there will not always be a right answer.

We never really get the full picture because we see it from different perspectives. That is also the point of asking follow-up questions. That is a good approach to understanding. But, yes, again, does it have to be and have an approach?

Go with the flow in a conversation.

Life is like water. It moves forward. It gets warmer, colder, muddy, clean.

I love water. Swimming. Feeling weightless. And that is what life can be like.

Nothing holding us back. That comes from being alive. Learning. Being active in life. Letting go. Holding on. Work on things.

Simply talk to ourselves. Ask direct questions. Over and over again. Question our expectations. Where did they come from? Why?

Who put them in my head? When and how and where? Was I aware of the conversation going? Was it changing me so slowly that I did not notice it?

• So do ask question.

• Be present.

• Be in the moment.

• 
  We can not read minds. We can read words. With a great understanding about life. We grow wiser. So learn to be wise.

So what comes with this message?

Get to understand who you were and who you want to become. Never allow your past to define you. You did what you did at that time in life due to and thanks to the insights you had. We can not be fully experienced from life because it is one big ongoing project.

Your life is your legacy. Your most important project.

We were born with the best organ ever and the best machine ever. Connect them. And it will not be just another brain and just another machine. It is something amazing which you will embrace. Love. Cherish.

Date yourself. See who you are. Ask yourself questions. Over and over again. Today I will answer this. I feel like having pancakes for lunch. But tomorrow I might want to have something different. Halloumi burger and French fries. But will that be good for me?

What do I do with the nutrition and ammunition I feed myself?

That is your mind. What do you feed your brain and mind with?

Does life feel like big waves hitting cliffs which will not move?

That is life. We live and we learn from life. Sometimes it is full of fast movements. Sometimes it is a peaceful Spring field with blossoming flowers. Coming alive.

What can we do about it?

Is is a big mystery? Did you look at your habits? Your mindset?
Have you been kind of forced to think, act and behave in a certain which is not aligned with what is really good for you?

I would honestly advice you to review your thoughts about what your life should look like. Because, who is the force and the power behind your habits, your moves, your actions?
If you ever feel the pressure to accomplish, it could be great source of pushing you forward. But. There is always another but. The second one is simply,
- is it really in the direction you want to move?

1996. Graduated from high school. Prom dress. What would the future offer? What did i really know? I was going to Connecticut to care for two boys. That was the next plan. After that. No clue.

Have you tried several paths? Parallel is not possible because that is only in our imagination. Our dreams. Vision. Mission. Plan. Strategy. All very fancy words.

Did you really think about the words and what they mean? They are related under the umbrella called future.
You can always replace it with Action. Be the action. Be the power. Be the force.

Celebrating my 45th birthday. Foam bath with my family was on my Bucket List. We did it. We created memories together.
That is what life is about!

▸Surrounding yourself with people who will be behind you.

The ones that are at home when I sit in my living room working on my coaching business are my cats. Atlas and Millie.

▸Atlas needs so much more attention than she ever did. He needs to stay comfortable knowing that someone is close by.

▸Millie is the primadonna - our diva. She comes to the kitchen within a couple of seconds when I go there. She gives me her cat eyes and talks to me.

▸I am surrounded by cats many hours of the day. It is amazing!

So does it have to people? Animals can help and support in incredible ways too.

My dad gave me and my sister a cat when I was abut 8 years old. It was surprise and wow - we got so super thrilled and happy. All over the moon.

That lady cat Missan gave us so many more cats. I remember one in particular.

That male cat Oscar was a big powerful cat. His brother Fridolf was not as big. They were born the same day, but so different in their looks. Mine was beige. Fridolf grey/white striped. For sure not the same dad.

I never ever thought I would get cats until our daughter had us convinced when she in Dec 2023 wrote a document about the breed Ragdoll. Food, care, personality etc. It was amazing. She did her thorough work and we decided to buy a cat.

Since Sept 2024 Atlas and Millie are our darlings. The give us so much love. Appreciation. Closeness. Cuddling. We love them.

So never say never. I did. I changed my mind =)

We realize that we understand life differently. Live to tell. Live to learn.

So - what is the outcome and result?

Go with the messy part!!!

Planning sounds good. Dreaming sounds easy and lots of comfort.
But happens when we only plan and dream?
Dream to plan and plan to dream?

Where is the action? Simply be the active part of life. Be it. Live it. See it. Hear it. Taste it. Feel it. Act it.

We were give one amazing brain and a body - connected in best possible way.

Be the body that moves. Be the brain that takes action.

Stop feeling comfortable. That only makes life harder.

Society is built on feeling comfortable and where has that taken us?

I am being really honest here and people must wake up.

TODAY, but it should have happened yesterday.

Today is the future we talked about yesterday.

Why do people allow themselves to just sit around? Scrolling.

Be it. Live the life you can create and design.

Everything a child learns is from doing it themselves.
When do we stop this? And why?

I find it sad and also upsetting that our mindset shifts so drastically. As a kid we are told to keep on trying to learn.

All these so-called encouragements that children receive:

• You can do it

• I promise you

• You can be anything you want

• Go for it and learn

Why do adults kind of lie to kids?

Way to many adults do not believe in it. They think they do the kid a favour when reality is the opposite.

So grow up and see what you do, really do.
